I think these view needs to be tweaked a bit, the third person is no real issue as it allows a user to play from the perspective they want.
The first person view however i thought was horrible. You couldn't see your gun or when you were pointing it at something. Along with that whenever you ran or did anything in first person there was this horrible wobbly affect that you didn't get in third person. Another advantage of third person was having a much larger view of your surroundings as well as being able to look around corners without giving yourself away. Would be nice to see the wobbly affect removed from first person and a few other small tweaks made to make it more friendly, i don't personally know anyone who didn't fight in third person during retail

Put headbopping at zero, and put FoV at 105-110°

Nice description, and I agree. First person was ruined because of this. I would have preferred it over third person, despite the latter giving me superior vision, if not for the wobble.

First person will never be good anyway. If they want people to use it they're going to have to remove third person.

I would use first person over third person if the wobble was removed. I never liked third person, but since I was forced to use it, I adapted, but I would take a solid first person view any day over it.

There's a reason most conventional shooter games opt for FPS-only. TPS is overpowered. |

I think both are useful personally, and it would nice to at least have the option to use a decent first person view even if it's not used. If they keep the wobbly one, they may as well remove it again. |

I haven't had much of a problem with accuracy, but because of first person being the most zoomed in view mode, the models are slightly bigger, even so, I've found that using third person even in duels is far more effective especially when you fight people who try to get really close, because when people get close to you in first person your screen becomes a complete mess. Going third person and zooming out 2-3 times still lets the models retain 66% or more of their original size and gives you complete situational awareness. There is, of course, no reason not to fix first person as it is now, if people want to use it it's up to them. |

The first person was indeed pretty tideous, but then i didnt have any real problems with the over the shoulder view. With a few tweaks on all of this, im sure it could get improved even more, but i dont have many complaints about it.
